For a healthy life style it’s not enought to eat healthy you also need to practice some fitness.But I think that you need to find some balance beetwen fitness and healthy food and I think that all you need is yoga.Is the perfect way to have a balanced life is to practice yoga.I always practice yoga every morning but sometimes when I feel bad or exausted I also do some yoga.It’s always relax me and make me feel better.Do you practice yoga ??
