Hello girls ! Today I wrote for you some of my favourites tips for killer abs like Alessandra Ambrosio. In a future post I promise I will show you abs exercices routine but now I will show you how to lose belly flat whitout exercices.
1. Drink a lot of water-that’s helping your body satying always hidrated and you will not face the water retention.
2. Suck your belly-ok,I know that this one sounds weird but by sucking your belly your muscles will konw where their place is.
3. Sleep– your body needs minimum 7 hours of sleeping every night. If you are your body will burn the calories faster.
4. Work that ass-no mater you kick the gym for 2 hours or you just exercices for 10 minutes at home,it’s important to work everyday.
5. No more stress-try to forget about office work and stay concentrate on your body,at least if you are happy with yourself everything will be going well.
